Greg O. Musser

Greg Olin Musser

November 07, 1951 - March 31, 2020

Greg Musser, of Dade City Florida passed away on March 31, 2020. He had been in a prior motorcycle accident. He and his beloved wife Nancy moved to Dade City in 1983 where they raised their two children, Andrina and Shane Musser. Greg worked at Withlachoochee Electric Cooperative for his entire career and retired in 2016.

A transplant from Cheyenne, Wyoming and proud graduate of University of Wyoming, he loved being in Florida. Spending summer time with family by the pool, in the garden, or at the beach enjoying the sunshine and the waves. Greg loved to golf, attend Tampa Bay Lightning games, and most years he and his son would go to opening day of the Rays. His family and friends will always remember his outgoing smile, patience, and kindness.

Greg is survived by his wife Nancy, to whom he was married for almost 42 years. He is also survived by his children, Andrina and Shane, and his only grandchild, Jordan Roberts. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Musser.

Greg passed away peacefully at HPH Hospice House in New Port Richey. A celebration of life service will be planned for a future date.

Sam Sturman

Greg live just up the street from me on Foxcroft.   I was looking at some of my elementary school pictures for Eastridge as we passed from grade to grade.  Then Carey then East we went.  It would have been nice to have seen Greg again at the reunion. 

 

I reflect on the Foxcroft students that went through the grades:  Doug Slames, Sam Sturman, Jim Levine, Scott Hacker, TJ Carrol and Greg Musser.
