She was born April 27, 1951 in Bristol, VA to William and Effie Kincheloe. She married Clarence Roberts on May 5, 1977 in Cheyenne and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children Jacob Roberts, Samantha (James) Williams, Helena Roberts, Stephanie (Eric) Nott, Janice Roberts, and Heather Roberts, all of Cheyenne; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother William Kincheloe of Commerce City, CO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence Roberts, and a son, William Roberts.
